Social Media: Creation & Innovation

Challenge

At my start with Yaxin, no social media existed for the company. As an effort to promote brand awareness and strengthen the digital footprint, I created two channels from scratch which are now both highly successful.

Approach

By focusing our efforts on two channels, LinkedIn and Instagram, Yaxin is able to reach two separate demographics: 1. professionals and business people on LinkedIn and 2. brands and smaller start-up companies on Instagram. Consistent posts have taken Yaxin from 0 to 100 in terms of following and engagement rates. By adding these channels, Yaxin has seen 100% growth in website traffic resulting in new customers and strengthening the bonds with existing customers.

Results

By channeling our efforts on both LinkedIn and Instagram, we were able to establish and grow our online presence as a company resulting in continued success for sales and revenue. Additionally, Yaxin has become more marketable online and has built online brand partnerships with its customers resulting in profitability.
