Social Media: Creation & Innovation
Challenge
At my start with Yaxin, no social media existed for the company. As an effort to promote brand awareness and strengthen the digital footprint, I created two channels from scratch which are now both highly successful.
Approach
By focusing our efforts on two channels, LinkedIn and Instagram, Yaxin is able to reach two separate demographics: 1. professionals and business people on LinkedIn and 2. brands and smaller start-up companies on Instagram. Consistent posts have taken Yaxin from 0 to 100 in terms of following and engagement rates. By adding these channels, Yaxin has seen 100% growth in website traffic resulting in new customers and strengthening the bonds with existing customers.
